Total Care ABA in Hartwell, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. You’ll deliver ABA therapy, help implement plans, and collect data under BCBA supervision.

The role supports flexible schedules and local travel across Georgia. We offer ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active registration with the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and drive meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate progress records for clients.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
