Job summary

Total Care ABA in Dunwoody, GA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. Earn $20-$28 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle.

You will deliver ABA therapy, implement treatment plans by a BCBA, collect client data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to help children reach meaningful progress. Training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, in-school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and document client data.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Track progress and celebrate client successes.
• Travel to client homes and settings as needed.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
