Total Care ABA in Georgia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team delivering ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and ongoing training to support your professional growth while helping children reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, and commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
