Job summary

MeBe in Chantilly, VA offers an RBT role through its Candidate Program designed for individuals pursuing BCBA certification. The program provides unlimited supervised fieldwork hours, training, mentorship, and university partnerships.

To qualify you must be employed by MeBe as an RBT, be pursuing a BCBA, and enroll or plan to enroll within three months. Competitive pay and benefits are included in the program.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to participate in MeBe Candidate Program and related supervision

Responsibilities

  • Engage in hands-on training in behavior analysis, data collection and treatment planning
  • Attend supervisor meetings and adhere to supervision schedule
  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans and parent training
  • Participate in ongoing data analysis and program development

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? MeBe’s Candidate Program is one of the few supervised fieldwork training programs for aspiring BCBAs with unlimited, free supervised field work hours in addition to a curriculum of training and fun to prepare individuals to pass and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Our program provides hands‑on training that goes beyond preparing learners to sit for the exam. We provide a community for students to connect, support each other, and work closely with experienced BCBAs. Leadership skills, cultural competency and a broader understanding of the industry are key to successfully navigating a career as a BCBA and we have integrated this into our training!

Requirements
  • Previous RBT experience and newly employed at MeBe!
  • Join MeBe as an RBT (You have to be a MeBe employee to be selected for the MeBe Candidate program)
  • Pursuing a career as a BCBA
  • Enrolled in BCBA program through an online or in‑person University or College or plans to do so in the next three months.
