Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

You will join a supportive clinical team, complete data recording, and grow professionally through Fellowships and BCBA program partnerships; RBT certification required before working, paid training offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

• All positions start off part-time.
