Job summary

Channel ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in Washington County, MD. You will work one-on-one with clients under a BCBA, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Positions offer both part-time and full-time options with paid training, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and ongoing supervision. Services occur in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year minimum experience with autism or developmental challenges.
• Ability to sit on the floor and assist with activities for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 45 minutes.

About the Position

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in Washington County, MD.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team focuses on assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings.
