Job summary

Know Boundaries ABA in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join a clinician-owned practice. Under BCBA supervision, you will work with families, clients and staff to implement ABA interventions, collect data and follow the Behavior Intervention Plan.

The role is part-time with pay between $16 and $22 per hour. Candidates should have 40+ hours of training for RBT certification, reliable transportation, basic tech skills, and willingness to work in home, school or clinic

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic technology skills to operate a tablet, join virtual meetings, and use apps.
• Reliable transportation and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of basic ABA principles and terminology.
• Implement intervention as determined by supervising BCBA.
• Collect ongoing and detailed data.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and all other programming put in place by the BCBA.
• Uphold and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical billing.
• Communicate regularly with team members and families.
