Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to join a national behavioral health team. RBTs provide 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with BCBAs in a home-based setting, with a strong emphasis on flexible hours, paid training, and career growth. A $750 bonus is offered for active, licensed RBT candidates.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, and supporting families and BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Must have current/active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and relevant parties.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to join our growing team. Our RBT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a home-based setting. • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay Range: $21- $28 per hour
