Seabright seeks a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across elementary through middle school levels for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers full-time schedule with local pay options.

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential/license or in process in state of practice.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

• Schedule: Full Time
• Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School;Kindergarten;Middle School;Pre‑K
• Weekly Pay Range: $27.46 – $31.43 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
