BK Behavior in Iowa is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their unique goals.

We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling and a strong clinical team. You will directly implement skill-building plans in clients' homes or community locations, recording data and collaborating with families to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community based locations.
• All positions start off part time; 6 month commitment to change clients' lives.
