Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will deliver direct services in home, school, clinic, or community settings, implement programs, collect data, and maintain timely notes while communicating with caregivers and staff. Travel may be required to assigned service locations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.
