Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism, in-home and community-based. You will collect data, report progress, and collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to ensure effective interventions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
