Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in various settings, implementing programs, collecting data, and maintaining clear notes while communicating with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in related fields is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.
