Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work with a BCBA supervisor to provide in-home and community-based interventions, collecting data and reporting progress to the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
