Achievem­ents ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community-based interventions in a supportive team environment.

You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, maintain detailed progress notes, and collaborate with analysts to report progress accurately. This role offers growth in a mission-driven company focused on changing lives.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.

Responsabilités

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).


• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).


• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.


• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.


• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
