Job summary

Child Builders Aba is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team providing home-based ABA services. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health working with individuals with autism and has reliable transportation.

In this role you will implement behavior plans, collect data, assist in care plans, provide behavioral therapy, support with ADLs, and maintain accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Familiarity with medical documentation and records.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
