Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon cases in Denver. You’ll deliver high‑quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings, following plans created by our BCBAs.

This part‑time role offers 15–25 hours weekly (1:30 PM–8:00 PM) with competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team that values kindness, collaboration, and consistent care for children.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (or actively pursuing it).
• Love for working with children.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Commitment to being available within the 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM window for 15–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy during afternoon hours.
• Following treatment plans designed by our BCBAs.
• Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided).
• Partnering with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
• Bringing compassion, energy, and consistency every day.
