Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking caring individuals for in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Train to earn RBT certification and begin delivering evidence-based one-on-one support to children with autism.

You will join a supportive clinical team, collect session data, and help clients build independence through personalized skill-building plans. Part-time opportunities with ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided to earn it.
