Blue Gems ABA seeks a compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
