Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans developed by supervising BCBAs and collect progress data in clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a genuine passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
