Blue Gems ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing training, and a commitment to safety and engaging sessions. A valid RBT certification and a passion for helping children are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
