We are actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted RBTs to become valued members of our team, supporting our clients in achieving their unique goals within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that support independent and positive behavior.
• Implement skill‑building and care plans as a core member of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data with electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging scenarios.
• Valid RBT certification required prior to employment.

Need to Know

• Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
• All positions start as part‑time.
• Candidates must commit to a 6‑month engagement to help transform our clients’ lives.
