Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in Maryland Heights with one-on-one ABA services and skill-building plans. You will work with a collaborative clinical team to implement care plans and record session data, in home or community settings.

We offer paid training for newcomers, same-day pay, and flexible hours. A 6-month commitment is encouraged, with opportunities for professional growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
