Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Marietta, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work with our BCBA team and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, supportive therapy space while collaborating with families and caregivers. This is a part-time afternoon role with growth potential into full-time in a nurturing clinical environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy or related field experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40-hour training completed is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
