Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Macon, GA. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing BCBA-designed plans, and carefully recording client progress.

You will work closely with families and the therapy team to ensure consistent, high-quality support for children with autism, while maintaining a safe, positive session environment. Part-time hours and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
