We are hiring experienced and entry‑level Behavior Therapists and RBTs to join a world‑class team of scientist‑practitioners of applied behavior analysis (ABA) at our Boise, Idaho location. Under highly supportive supervision, our RBTs provide compassionate, high‑quality ABA services to children with autism in a beautiful, motivating clinic setting in the heart of downtown Boise.
In this position you will work primarily 1:1 with children with autism, on a clinical team, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to reduce child challenging behavior; and teach communication, social skills, play skills, self‑care, and more! RBTs also work with caregivers to teach them strategies to help their children. On occasion you will work with other RBTs and children in small group instructional settings within the clinic.
The primary responsibility of the RBT is to accurately and consistently implement the supervisor’s treatment plan in collaboration with and support from a clinical team, while collecting data on child behavior.
RBTs are the vital behavior change agent in the child’s life and are the primary vehicle through which services can produce long‑lasting improvements in patients’ quality of life.
