Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs for clients with ASD. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors to implement data-driven interventions and contribute to progress toward each client’s goals.

The role offers part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time, competitive pay, PTO, and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40 hours certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
