Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children in homes across Arizona City and nearby areas. You’ll implement ABA plans under supervision and track progress with families and your clinical team.

We offer paid training to earn RBT certification, flexible scheduling, weekly PTO from day one, and full benefits for full-time staff. Pay ranges from $22 to $30 per hour, with 401(k) matching and ongoing career development.

As part of our in-home ABA team, you'll work directly with children in their natural environment-at home-where your impact is immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so you'll need to feel confident working independently while staying connected with your clinical team.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children. ABA experience is a plus! You must have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area. You'll also need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
