The Treetop is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Mesa. Join a warm, supportive team that helps children grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

You'll receive paid training and ongoing supervision as you work 1:1 with children under a BCBA's guidance. This role offers part- or full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Candidates should be patient and dependable.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 therapy with children with autism and other developmental differences under supervision.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate with families about child progress.

As part of our clinic ABA team, you'll work directly with the children in the center and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

We're looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children. ABA experience is a plus! You must have a high school diploma or GED.
