Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following plans designed by a BCBA and supported by data collection.

Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour with a 25-hour weekly schedule. Benefits include training, certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement within a collaborative, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
