Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Atlanta-area team. We provide evidence-based ABA services and foster collaboration, growth, and client success for our therapists and families.

As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 therapy in various settings, follow BCBA plans, and track client progress. A valid RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required, along with a HS diploma and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
