Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support children through evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates hold or are pursuing RBT certification, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check. Some college is a plus; travel locally is required; the role offers flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
