Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have or seek RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. Compensation includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team environment.
