Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Ashburn/Herndon, VA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support BCBA-designed treatment plans and deliver ABA services to clients with ASD.

You will collect and record behavioral data, maintain a safe, organized therapy space, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time, plus PTO, 401k, and ongoing clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• RBT certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Ashburn, VA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.
