Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with ASD in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Join a supportive team focused on professional development and positive outcomes for children. Travel to local sites is required, and a 40-hour RBT course is expected or in progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
