Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings across the United Kingdom. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

We offer part-time roles, same-day pay, and pathways for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships. Paid training is provided to ensure you can contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
