Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, in-home or at clinic sites, for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team to implement behavior plans and track progress, with paid training if not already certified and opportunities to grow within the team.

You'll be part of a collaborative group offering premium after-5 PM pay, bilingual benefits for eligible candidates, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

Join Us as a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the hours of 4:00PM-7:00PM

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed

What You'll Need:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you're positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Work Location:

This position will provide in-home services to clients located within a radius of approximately 30 miles from your home. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between client locations. We offer premium pay for sessions scheduled after 5 PM, as well as paid drive time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $20–$30 per hour.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
