Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Denver, CO. We seek caring professionals who want to help children with Autism achieve meaningful progress.

No experience? Paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexibility, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to advance through BCBA partnerships and internships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm under stress.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
