Job summary

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Dalton, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA to make a meaningful impact on development and daily life.

Deliver in-person ABA therapy, follow behavior plans, collect data, and participate in supervision sessions to support families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs is important.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Early intervention experience (ages 2-6) is required.
• School-based experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• RBT certification is preferred or willing to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home

• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors

• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA

• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
