Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support therapy in Cushing, OK. The role requires two weekday afternoons, 4:00pm–7:30pm, about 7 hours per week, with pay of $23/hour for billable direct therapy.

We provide BCBA supervision and a pathway for career growth. You’ll work closely with families, deliver direct therapy, and participate in a supportive, flexible team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 4:00pm–7:30pm
• Comfort working in a family's home

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; you receive the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support.
• Supervision is supportive; BCBA provides competency assessments, observation, and feedback you can use.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do; non-billable time is paid.
• Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you.

Job Description

$23/hour billable · two weekday afternoons between 4:00pm–7:30pm · about 7 hours/week · in-home in Cushing

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Cushing and we're looking for the right RBT for it. About 7 hours a week.

The clinical side
