Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work in home or clinic settings with supervision from a BCBA and a focus on data collection and progress notes.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Schedule is primarily Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage; compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour and includes

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
