Roots ABA Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Colorado Springs team. In this role, you will provide in-home ABA therapy to children, follow BCBA-designed intervention plans, collect data, and participate in supervision sessions to support ongoing progress.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children is required.
• RBT certification is required; CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation to home visits is required.
• Background check will be conducted and must pass.

About The Role

Roots ABA Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
