ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hackensack, NJ is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Starting hourly rates are $24.60 for RBTs and $22.25 for BTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.
We offer paid training, mentorship, and pathways for career advancement, including the ABA Academy of Excellence to help prepare for the RBT exam.
