Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy serving Riverdale, GA and surrounding communities. You will deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and clinics while tracking progress and maintaining data with BCBA supervision.

We offer paid RBT training, mentorship toward BCBA, a Master’s degree scholarship, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Experience in Safety Training is preferred.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance is needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do

Direct Client Support

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Experience in Safety Training
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• RBT certification preferred
• Safety Care Certified
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT):Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
