ABA Centers of Connecticut in Stamford, CT seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. The role includes teaching communication and daily living skills, implementing plans under BCBA supervision, and recording session data.
Training is provided; advancement opportunities are available through the ABA Academy of Excellence. Starting hourly rates: RBT $24.60, BT $22.25; final compensation depends on experience, training, and
RBT: Starting rate of $24.60 per hour.
BT: Starting rate of $22.25 per hour.
*Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.
*** Referral Bonus $500 for a RBT
***Referral Bonus $5,000 for a BCBA
