ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to join our growing ABA therapy teams serving Warner Robins, GA. Roles include home, school, and clinic settings with paid training and mentorship to support growth.

Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time ABA Centers of Georgia Warner Robins, GA RBT: Starting rate of $24.60 per hour.
BT: Starting rate of $22.25 per hour.
Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Direct Client Support
Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Track Progress & Maintain Quality
Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
Experience working with children or adolescents
Prior exposure to ABA services
Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
