Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) in Warner Robins, GA. The role includes delivering ABA therapy in various settings, teaching communication and daily living skills, and following BCBA supervision.

Paid training and career growth opportunities are offered, with a clear pathway to RBT certification through the ABA Academy of Excellence. Starting hourly rates are $24.60 for RBT and $22.25 for BT.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• RBT certification preferred
• Safety Care Certified
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40‑hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
