Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

We offer Same Day Pay, part-time opportunities, professional advancement through BCBA schooling programs, flexible scheduling, and a supportive clinical team. Paid training is provided to new hires.
