Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based behavior interventions, track progress, and support families. You must have an RBT certification and a high school diploma.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.

Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You'll Bring
