Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with families to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).

• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
